Justone Factory Top Skills Competition

To enhance employee operational standards, elevate technical proficiency, and foster a competitive yet collaborative environment where workers strive for excellence and emulate role models, Justone Factory recently hosted its inaugural Skills Competition in 2024.

Prior to the event, Mr. Tang Xinliang, the production supervisor at Justone, outlined the competition's procedures and essential considerations. The competition, governed by stringent rules, assessed participants across various aspects including standard work procedures, equipment operation norms, product quality inspection, neatness, and cleanliness, with final evaluations based on both completion time and quality.

On the day, contestants were fully engaged, meticulously following standard operating procedures. Their seamless movements and adept handling of tasks showcased their refined skills and the urgency to excel within the set timeframe.

After a thrilling competition, one winner each for the first, second, and third prizes emerged, embodying excellence through their prowess and demonstrating solid technical abilities and competitive spirits. Mr. Tang Xinliang personally presented honorary certificates and monetary awards to the victors, extending his congratulations. The recipients, greatly inspired, marked the successful conclusion of the competition.
